We'll start with a 90 minute call to explore the lay of the land. We’ll talk about who you are, how you work, what you want, and what you need. I'll provide a summary. We'll repeat once or twice, then outline a plan. Initially, we'll meet frequently to lay a strong foundation and build momentum.

 
 

In our conversations, I’ll listen, summarize, reflect, and take notes. I’ll ask questions and make observations. I might offer feedback, suggestions, or tools. I often meet with partners, employees, and potential new hires.

 
 

We’ll make a doable plan. We may use other tools to get additional insights into your natural strengths and aversions. We’ll create systems to complement your natural tendencies. We’ll check in as needed, while we implement, gather feedback, refine, and repeat. When you’ve reached your destination, I can step back or out. Or, we can chart a new path.

You can watch the parade go by and wait for the perfect float. But if we are all waiting to be 100% ready . . . the parade will go by.
